During holidays, post office holidays and company close downs there will be a delay in shipping time.
We strive to ship all orders within 48 hours. Unclaimed packages that are returned to us will either be reshipped for the additional shipping charges or restocked - in the case of restocking, a 20% restocking fee will be charged.
International shipping is also available but delivery is only guaranteed if you purchase shipping insurance!. Shipping prices are now determined by product weight. We do charge a small handling fee. Because shipping is calculated by our cart, overpayment of shipping fees do happen sometimes. We will refund gross overpayments of shipping and handling fees.
