Shipping is FREE for orders of $75 or more (after discounts) in the United States. All orders are shipped via USPS First Class or USPS Priorty with a delivery confirmation number. Free Shipping offers are only valid for shipping to customers in the United States. We ship 5 days a week, Monday through Friday. Most orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours after payment is received.
During holidays, post office holidays and company close downs there will be a delay in shipping time.
If you do not choose to insure your shipment and the shipment gets lost, we will not take any responsibility for it. Please do not email us to ask when your order will be shipped; you can check your account for these updates. If you want to see the status of your order, you can log-in to your account and see if your order is pending, in process, or filled.
We strive to ship all US orders within 48 hours. Unclaimed packages that are returned to us will either be reshipped for the additional shipping charges or restocked - in the case of restocking, a 20% restocking fee will be charged.
International shipping is also available. Shipping prices are now determined by product weight. We do charge a small handling fee. Because shipping is calculated by our cart, overpayment of shipping fees do happen sometimes. We will refund gross overpayments of shipping and handling fees.
