Orders:
Once you have placed your order, you agree to all the terms, conditions and shipping policies of oceanmistcosmetics.com. Any use or misuse of any purchase made from oceanmistcosmetics.com is the customer’s responsibility. All orders should be placed on the website only; this ensures a proper invoice and billing for you and our records. You do have the option to choose offline order in check out, then call in your payment using your credit card. We do not take any orders that are not placed prior on the website; this is to eliminate errors and misunderstandings.
Cancellations of orders:
If you cancel your paid order, and we have not prepared or packed it yet, you will be charged a $5.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations of Prepared/packed orders will be also charged with a 20% restocking fee on the cost of the products along with the cancellation fee.
Additions to Orders:
If you have any additions to an existing order, it is best to place a new order and contact us via email bbetit@oceanmistcosmetics.com. If we are able to ship both orders together and save on shipping, we will refund you for the difference of the shipping cost.
Out of Stock items:
If an item is out of stock, it can not be purchased or backordered. We try our best to keep every item in stock at all times, if an item is out of stock it will usually be back in stock within 1-2 weeks except if it is discontinued.
Sales and discounts:
We do offer sales on a regular basis; our prices are set at fair and reasonable market value. If you have purchased items, then they go on sale, please do not ask for a discount. The sale item pricing is only good once it is announced.
Price list/Catalog:
We do not offer any printed price list or catalogue at this time. All the products we carry with the prices are online only.We reserve the right to cancel/reject any orders placed by our own sole discretion.
Payment:
OUR WEBSITE IS SECURE and 128 bit encrypted. Payments can be made by Master card, Visa, Discover, American Express, Paypal, Postal Money Order, Cashiers Check or personal check. When mailing in your payment, please include your phone number, a copy of your invoice or order #, your email address and your shipping address inside the envelope. Please advise us by email that you have sent a payment via First Class Mail, also understand there is no guarantee the product you have on your invoice will be in stock when paying by mail. Should an item you ordered be out of stock at the time we process your shipment a refund will be sent to you. Once we receive your payment it may take up to 14 days delay time for your payment to clear. From the time you mail your payment, we receive and process it, expect three weeks total for your order to ship. You may also call in your order to 850-723-7595. Due to the nature of most of our products, natural, beauty and health all sales are final. Should something be terribly wrong with your order, please contact us in order to find a solution together. It is our first priority to have and keep happy customers.
Back Ordered Products:
Because our products are handmade, occasionally they will be on back order when your order is filled. If you receive your order and an item is missing, the letters B/O will be written next to the item on the invoice; this indicates the item is on Back Order. Back ordered products ship as soon as we receive them, with no extra shipping charges to you. We appreciate your patience.
Returns:
We offer reasonably priced samples of foundations and all other powdered products. Returns of cosmetics and skin care are limited to damaged or incorrect merchandise. If you are worried about a reaction to any skin care products, please request samples first.
Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise:
If a product is not in good condition when it arrives to you, please contact us with your order number and return the damaged goods. We will replace the product as well as the shipping cost incurred to you.
Brushes:
Kabuki and Flat Top Bronzer brushes tend to shed in the beginning. If you are still experiencing severe shedding after several weeks of use, please return the brushes for an exchange and we will refund your shipping costs. When purchasing skin care products we do advise you read all the information on usage, how to get the proper results from your products and ingredients. All of this information is available on our webpage prior to purchasing.Should something be wrong with your order please contact us within 3 days of receiving purchase so that we can help. If a return is needed and authorized by us, we will give you a RMA number to return the item. Unauthorized returns will be discarded and credits will NOT be issued. Returns must be recieved within 20 days of receiving an RMA number.
